Ozark Turf Association Member Records Their First Hole in One

Adam Camp, golf course superintendent at Hidden Valley Golf Links recently scored his first hole in one on July 11th when he took his crew to play golf at Millwood Golf and Racquet Club.

When the group arrived at the 15th hole, which was playing 140 yards, his playing partners all had hit the same nine iron onto the green and wanted Adam to play the same club so they could go 4 for 4 in hitting the green in regulation.  Adam was not going to use the club because he thought all of the good shots were used up.  They convinced Adam to go ahead and hit it anyway and it went into the hole.

Witnesses were Duck Buckner, Carter Wenger and Cole Langley – Not only did Adam treat his crew to a round of golf, I know he was treating them to beverages afterwards.

 Congrats Adam!
